All client information collected through our transactions and surveys will be maintained, in a highly secure environment, and used soley for the purposes of internal market research and customer updates.

SHIPPING/PAYMENT/CUSTOMER SERVICE:  Costs for shipping and handling is calculated individually for multiple (more than one) 12-count box orders. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground within five business days of approved purchase. All transactions must be completed online using the available credit/debit payment methods provided above. Cash or any sort of checks or money orders are not accepted as payment. Neither phone orders, nor phone-based customer support are offered at this time. All customer service inquiries will be answered via email sent to info@EmergenSeatCovers.com. Only one free 5-pack per customer completing the online survey.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:  Within thirty days of purchase, customers purchasing EmergenSeat products online through the emergenseatcovers.com website may return (at their expense) all but 2 of the individual toilet seat covers purchased (with all other purchased EmergenSeat 5-packs unopened and undamaged) for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling). Refunds would be credited back to the customer’s account within 30 days of receipt of appropriately returned goods. All EmergenSeat online customers will be entitled to no more than one refund for goods purchased. For all EmergenSeat not purchased online (through other outlets such as stores, events, machines, etc.), all such purchases are final and no refunds will be issued.
